6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel a service request before the vendor has been dispatched without charge.

  • If a vendor has already been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply.

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where no service was provided due to a fault on our part or our vendor’s failure to arrive.
